Following a string of good efforts in some of the top Saturday Sprint Handicaps over the last few weeks, MONADAMMEJ lines up for the £50,000 Sky Bet Dash at York on Saturday.
Drawn 15 on the stand side, tackling faster ground again and back at 6 Furlongs, he’s our local flag bearer and can hopefully go close to landing this big prize, if backing up his recent efforts.
We send 2 runners up to Newcastle on Saturday for the opening race at 1.00pm. These are DIYARI and the very enigmatic VAN DIJK.
The latter has won well here previously but also been very recalcitrant on some other starts. We’ll see what mood he is in on the day.
We send to for the 6.55pm race at Wolverhampton on Monday but both have outside draws.

On Tuesday we plan to send ALL ABOUT CHARLEY to Beverley and on Thursday MABDAA heads up to Newcastle.
Friday sees Gosforth Park Cup evening at Newcastle and we are considering this for MONDAMMEJ. He could be joined on the card by CANFORD BAY, ABNAA and INEXPLICABLE.
We have 3 runners over the weekend.
TATHMEEN goes to York on Saturday for the 6 furlong that closes the card.
On Sunday we head to Doncaster with 2 runners.
